The Role
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Veterinary Technician to join our founding team. This role is perfect for someone who is not only passionate about urgent care but also eager to grow into a lead or practice manager role in the future.
Responsibilities
- Triage and assist in urgent care cases with confidence and calm
- Perform diagnostic testing and assist with procedures
- Provide compassionate nursing care and monitor patients
- Communicate effectively with pet owners and the veterinary team
- Maintain an organized and positive clinic environment

Qualifications
- Credentialed as CVT, RVT, or LVT in Colorado (or eligible to obtain)
- Prior experience in urgent care, ER, or general practice preferred
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Desire to grow into leadership roles

The Role
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate Veterinary Assistant to join our founding team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on patient care, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow their skills in urgent care medicine.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient handling, restraint, and comfort
- Support triage and exam flow
- Prepare exam rooms and treatment areas
- Assist technicians and doctors during procedures
- Clean, restock, and maintain treatment and exam spaces
- Help ensure a calm, organized, and welcoming environment
- Support client communication and discharge instructions as directed
Growth & Development
We believe in developing our team members. Depending on interest and performance, this role may include:
- Cross-training in technical skills
- Mentorship from experienced technicians and doctors
- Support toward veterinary technician training or advanced assistant responsibilities

Qualifications
- Prior veterinary or animal handling experience preferred (clinic, shelter, boarding, or ER) but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in urgent or high-stress situations
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Compassionate, calm demeanor with pets and clients
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
